Chadron Open Art will be open with an art show and open mic night. The quilt shop is going to do painting with wool for $10, Outlaw Printers will be open and doing screenprinting demonstrations. Norm Martin and Don Foulk will be providing some live music for sure, and the college is working on getting some performers downtown as well. There will also be sidewalk chalk art.
