To pay Phone:
Customers need to call 1-866-233-0912. You will need your account number and address.
There will be $1.25 fee to pay by phone.
You can also call to check their balance and there is no fee for that function.
To pay Online:
Customers can go to the Online Bill Pay Icon or click the following link. You will need to know your account number and your last amount paid to set this up online.

The Curb Stop is a water service shutoff valve located in a water service pipe near the curb and between the water main and the building. The property owner is responsible for keeping the Curb Stop in good working condition. City Ordinance § 17-203
