Rural address's are assigned by the E911 Supervisor. Please contact E911 Supervisor at the Communications Center at 308 432 0510 to request a 911 address application. Applications are available in person at 125 Main St, Chadron, NE. You also may request an application sent to you via fax or email.Communications
