Residential deposits are $115.00
Commercial/Business deposits are 150% of highest bill for the last year for like use.
The deposit needs to be paid before service can be placed in your name.
There is a $35 service fee to reconnect during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and a $100 service fee to reconnect after hours.
Bills are sent out on the 25th day of the month. We do have the option of emailing your bill also. Please contact us if you are interested in going paperless. Payment is due on the 15th of the following month. On the 16th a $15.00 late charge is assessed. Disconnect notices are sent out around the 1st of the month stating the past due amount and when disconnect day is.

Customers need to call 1-866-233-0912. You will need your account number and address.
There will be $1.25 fee to pay by phone.
You can also call to check their balance and there is no fee for that function.
To pay Online:
Customers can go to the Online Bill Pay Icon or click the following link. You will need to know your account number and your last amount paid to set this up online.

You can also check your balance and past consumption at no fee.
